Meet Soph
Sophie’s interest in osteopathy grew from her own experiences with sporting injuries and a curiosity about the human body, injury management and recovery. These experiences sparked her interest in understanding the reasons behind injuries and how treatment can support recovery and movement. Combined with her passion for building genuine connections with people, this inspired her to pursue a career in osteopathy.
Sophie completed her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) & Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University, where she gained experience assessing and managing a diverse range of patients and presentations.
Sophie takes an individualised approach to assessment and treatment, recognising that each patient has different needs, preferences and goals. She works collaboratively with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their goals, helping them manage their symptoms, improve their function and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her approach combines hands-on techniques, exercise and lifestyle advice, adapted to suit each individual's presentation and needs.
Outside the clinic, Sophie enjoys Pilates, spending time with her two dogs, visiting the beach and travelling.
